Yogamudra (Symbol of Yoga Posture)Procedure: Sit in Padmasana. With both your palms facing upwards, keep the back of the left palm on the right palm and bring them closer to the navel region. (Alternately, you might keep your fingers interlocked behind your back.) With the elbows close to the body bend forward so that the forehead touches the floor. Hold your breath and count 1 through 6. Sit up straight and gently exhale, again counting up to 6. Repeat this process 6 times, then finally take rest in Shavasana (Corpse Posture).

Cures/Relieves: Liver Troubles, Constipation, Colitis, Acidity, Indigestion, Dysentery, Loss of Appetite, Diabetes.
