Viparitkaranimudra (Inverted Body Posture)Procedure: Lie flat on your back, then lift the legs from the waist and point them straight upwards. With the elbows on the floor and supported by your palms, raise the pelvic region so that the palms should now touch and support your buttocks. Hold on to this posture for 20-30 seconds, then take rest in Shavasana (Corpse Posture). Repeat thrice.

Cures/Relieves: Low Blood Pressure, Hernia, Constipation, Vericose Veins, Nervousness, Vertigo.
