Vajrasana (Thunder Posture)Vajrasana (Sideways)Procedure: Kneel on the floor by keeping the toes flat & the heels a bit apart. Keep your knees close together, stretch out your hands on the knees and sit erect for 20-30 seconds. Take rest in Shavasana (Corpse Posture). Repeat thrice.

Cures/Relieves: Arthritis, Gout, Loss of Appetite, Indigestion, Vericose Veins & Sciatica .
