(Please read the necessary precautions)
Procedure: Kneel down on the ground. Grip the heels in such a manner that the thumb
will be on the inside of the heel while the rest of the fingers will be on the outside.
Now, gently lift yourself upwards from the knee and move your belly slightly forward so
that the body is arched. The feet will be flat on the ground. Hold on to this posture for
20-30 seconds, then take rest in Shavasana (Corpse Posture). Repeat thrice.
