Salavasana (Locust Posture)N.B.: [This is a very difficult exercise as at the end of it you would be standing on your head; so it should be attempted only by the most self-assured.]
Procedure: Kneel on the ground and bend forward with the tip of the head on the pillow or the floor-mat. Raise your buttocks. With the elbows and forearms on the ground, interlock your fingers and place them on the floor behind your head. Fold your knees and bring it closer to the chest. Lift the lower legs so that the heels touch the buttocks. Now comes the most difficult part, with all the support on your elbows and forearms, lift the knees and legs slowly upwards, so that you are now standing on your head. Hold on to this posture for 20-30 seconds, then take rest in Shavasana (Corpse Posture). Repeat thrice.

Cures/Relieves: Memory Problem, Lack of Concentration, Headache, Insomnia, Sinus Troubles, Epilepsy, Low Blood Pressure, Vision problems, Diabetes.
