Shavasana (Corpse Posture)Procedure: Method I: Lie flat on your back facing the roof. Keep your hands close and parallel to the body with the palms facing the floor. Keep your legs straight. Relax and breathe normally. Savasana should be done to take rest after every Yoga exercise - preferably for the same duration as the exercise itself.
Method II: Lie on your abdomen with face sideways so that one of your ears touches the floor-mat or pillow. Keep your hands close and parallel to the body with the palms facing upwards. Keep your legs straight. Relax and breathe normally

Cures/Relieves: High Blood Pressure, Insomnia, Lack of Concentration, Short Temper, Nervousness.
