Shashangasana. (Rabbit Posture)Procedure: Just like in Vajrasana, sit on your heels and grip them by the palms with your thumbs outside. Raise your buttocks, gently bend forward and place your head between your knees with the top of your head touching the floor-mat or pillow. With your palms stilling holding onto the heels, the hands should now be straight and parallel to the ground. Hold on to this posture for 20-30 seconds, then take rest in Shavasana (Corpse Posture). Repeat thrice.
