(Please read the necessary precautions)

Sarvangasana (Shoulder-Stand)Procedure: (This is very much similar to the previous Viparit Karani Mudra. Only difference is that in this case the whole body from your shoulders is vertical, whereas in the previous only the legs from the waist down were vertical. No wonder it is called shoulder-stand.) Lie flat on your back, then lift the legs & whole body from the shoulders downwards and point it straight upwards. With head still resting on the pillow, lock your chin against  your chest. Look straight upwards towards your toes. Hold on to this posture for 20-30 seconds, then gently lower your body without any unnecessary jerking. Take rest in  Shavasana (Corpse Posture). Repeat thrice.

Cures/Relieves: Tonsils, Pharyngitis, Influenza, Bronchitis, Hoarse Voice, Low Blood Pressure, Epilepsy, Hearing Problems.
