Salavasana (Locust Posture)Procedure: Lie on your chest and stomach with the chin on the ground and with your arms tucked beneath the thighs with palms facing downwards. By applying pressure through your palms raise both legs from waist downwards as high as you possibly can, but without bending your knees. Hold on to this posture for 20-30 seconds, then gently bring your legs down on the floor. Take rest in Shavasana (Corpse Posture). Repeat thrice.

Cures/Relieves: Back pain, Sciatica, Neck pain, Constipation, Loss of Appetite, Nervousness.
