Pawanmuktasana (Anti-Flatulence Posture)Procedure: Lie flat on your back, then bend the right knee towards your chest and clasp it with your hands in such a manner that each palm touches the opposite elbow. Hold on to this posture for 20-30 seconds, then repeat the same but this time with the left leg. Then repeat by folding both legs. Take rest in Shavasana (Corpse Posture). Repeat thrice.

Cures/Relieves: Wind, Acidity, Dyspepsia, Dysentery, Constipation, Loss of Appetite, Gout, Arthritis, Asthma, Diabetes, Colitis, Liver troubles.
