Paschimotthanasana (Posterior Stretching)Procedure: Lie flat on your back with legs close together and hands stretched above your head touching your ears. Gently lift your upper body and bend forward to hold the toes with your respective hands. Your chest and abs will touch your thighs and the head should touch the legs. Do not over-stress or fold your legs. Hold on to this posture for 20-30 seconds, then take rest in Shavasana (Corpse Posture). Repeat thrice.

Cures/Relieves: Acidity, Loss of Appetite, Anorexia, Dysentery, Diabetes, Colitis, Lethargy, Indigestion.
