Procedure: Sit
erect with your right foot on the left thigh and with your left foot on the right thigh.
Place your hands on the knees. Hold on to this posture for 20-30 seconds, then take rest
in Shavasana
(Corpse Posture). Repeat thrice.

defects, Insomnia, Memory Problems.
