(Please read the necessary precautions)

Padahastasana (Forward-bending Posture)Procedure: Stand with your feet close together and hands extended upwards by the side of the head. Bend forward as you would in any toe-touching exercise - but grip the heel with your palms from behind. Your chest and abs will touch your thighs and the head should touch the legs. Do not over-stress or fold your legs. (It's as if you are doing Paschimotthanasana, only in this case not by sitting but by standing) Hold on to this posture for 20-30 seconds, then take rest in Shavasana (Corpse Posture). Repeat thrice.

Cures/Relieves: Diabetes, Loss of Appetite, Indigestion, Colitis, Sciatica, Vision Problems, Memory Problems, Sinus Troubles, Spinal deformities.
