Mayurasana (Peacock Posture)Procedure: Kneel on the floor with the knees apart. Place your palms flat on the floor in front of you with the fingers pointing towards your feet. Bring the elbows closer to your body just by the side of your navel. All this time you were kneeling with legs bent at the knees, now stretch the legs. With the support of your palm raise your body so that it's parallel to the ground. Now you are in the peacock posture. Hold on to this posture for 20-30 seconds, then take rest in Shavasana (Corpse Posture). Repeat thrice.
