Matsyasana (Fish Posture)Procedure: Sit in Lotus Posture (Padmasana), then using your elbows -gently lean backwards to lie on your back. Place your palms facing downwards next to your ears and using the support slowly raise your back thus forming an arch. Bend your neck backwards so that the top of your head touches the ground (a pillow is a must for this exercise). Hold onto this position for 20-30 seconds. Take rest in  Shavasana (Corpse Posture). Repeat thrice.

Cures/Relieves: Bronchitis, Asthma, Tonsilitis, Influenza, Rib Cage defects, Pharyngitis, Lumbago, Hoarse Voice, Headache, Insomina, Vision problems.
