Halasana (Plough Posture)Procedure: Lie flat on the back with the hands by your side. Lift your feet upwards, and in the same continuous motion rotate them backwards so that the toes touch the ground behind your head. In this position the chin should touch the chest, and the knees should not be bent. Hold on to this posture for 20-30 seconds, then take rest in Shavasana (Corpse Posture). Repeat thrice.

Cures/Relieves: Influenza, Bronchitis, Asthma, Tonsils, Otitis, Low Blood Pressure, Epilepsy, Hearing Problems.
