(Please read the necessary precautions)
Procedure: Sit
erect with legges crossed in such a manner that the right knee is on top of the left knee
and the heels touch the buttocks. Behind your back the the fingers of both your hands
should inter-lock, with the right hand upwards and the left hand from beneath. Hold on to
this posture for 20-30 seconds, then interchange the position of the limbs. Take rest in Shavasana (Corpse
Posture). Repeat thrice.
Cures/Relieves: Neuralgia of the limbs, Insomnia, Bladder Control,
Testicular Pain, Hernia, Frozen Shoulder.
