Procedure: Lie on
your stomach with your arms by your side and with yor chin touching the floor-mat. Bend
your knees and bring your heels close to your buttocks. Now with your hands, grip the
ankles firmly, raise your chest & thighs from the ground, tilt your head slightly
backwards. Since the abs remain touching the ground, your posture is now shaped like a
bow. Hold in this position for 20-30 seconds. Take rest in Shavasana (Corpse Posture). Repeat
thrice.
