Bhujangasana (Cobra Posture)Procedure: Lie on your abdomen & chest with your elbows folded and palms by the side of your chest facing the ground so that the fingertips are approximately next to the collar-bone. Keep your legs together and toes flat on the floor. Exert pressure through your waist and raise the upper body upto the navel region. Hold in this position for 20-30 seconds. Take rest in Shavasana (Corpse Posture).

Cures/Relieves: Lower Back Pain, Indigestion, Gas, Neck Pain (Spondylosis), Spinal defects, Menstrual Problems.
