(Please read the necessary precautions)
Procedure: Sit erect, then bend your knees and place the soles of both your feet
facing each other. In this locked position gently move the legs backwards so that the
heels touch the genital area. Then with both your palms press your knees to the floor. (Alternately, as shown in the figure, you might bring your
hands and grip your feet .) You will now take
the shape of a triangle. Hold on to this posture for 20-30 seconds, then take rest in Shavasana (Corpse
Posture). Repeat thrice.
Cures/Relieves: Menstrual Problems, Nocturnal Emmision in young men,
Sciatica.
