Procedure: Sit in Padmasana,
now cross your hands behind your back and grab the right toe with your left hand & the
left toe with your right hand. Hold on to this posture for 20-30 seconds, then take rest
in Shavasana
(Corpse Posture). Repeat thrice.
Cures/Relieves: Rib Cage defects, Respiratory troubles, Asthma, Back
pain, Knees/Ankle Pain.
