 Procedure: At first this may seem a bit complicated - but this is an excellent
exercise for those hard to get rid of love handles. Sit erect with your legs straightened
out. Then fold the right leg across & behind your left thigh so that the right heel
touches the floor. The right legs looks like an inverted "V". Fold your left leg
all along the floor so that the left heel touches the right buttock. Bring the left arm
over the right knee and place the left palm on the left knee. Cross your right hand behind
your back and touch the left groin from behind. Gently twist the head, neck and upper body
towards the right. Hold on to this posture for 20-30 seconds, then take rest in Shavasana (Corpse
Posture). Do the above alternately with left and right parts of your body. Repeat thrice.
Cures/Relieves: Lethargy, Nervousness, Back pain, Neck pain,
Spinal defects, Constipation, Wind, Love Handles.
