Ardhya-kurmasana (Half-turtle Posture)Procedure: Sit with your legs stretched straight and parallel. (Alternately, you may sit in Vajrasana where the heels touch the buttocks). Now with palms folded together, lift your two arms straight up so that they touch your ears. Gently bend forward with your abs and chest on the thigh and the forehead on the floor-mat. Now spread your hands outwards like wings. Hold on to this posture for 20-30 seconds, then take rest in Shavasana (Corpse Posture). Repeat thrice.

Cures/Relieves: Indigestion, Acidity, Constipation, Diarrhea, Dysentery, Diabetes, Loss of Appetite, Gout, Arthritis, Asthma, Colitis, Liver troubles.
