Procedure: This is like a backward-arching exercise so that your body takes the shape
of a half-moon. Stand with your feet close together and hands extended upwards by the side
of the head touching your ears. From your waist upwards gently bend your upper body
backward. Hold on to this posture for 15-20 seconds, then gently arch forwards to stand in
erect position. Take rest in Shavasana (Corpse Posture). Repeat thrice.
Cures/Relieves: Back pain, Constipation, Rib Cage defects, Love Handles,
Neck pain, Bronchitis, Asthma, Low Blood Pressure.
