A child born in the Year of the Sheep is a quiet, gentle and sensitive child, he is an artist and a lover of music, poetry and all things beautiful. He will always be a source of joy to his parents. But all his mild qualities make him vulnerable as the target of the tough guys in school; he hates being reprimanded by teachers or being bullied by aggressive kids and may be so affected that he may not want to go back to school for a long time. He is is a loyal follower, not necessarily a leader. The parents of the sheep-child must understand that when their child is feeling gloomy, he will need a lot of compassion (as opposed to tough love) to cheer him up. When rejected, he will retract into a shell where a lot of comfort-food will take the take of love and security. When grown up he will live in an exquisitely furnished home and will always be impeccably dressed. In short - the sheep-child will always see life through rose-colored glasses.
