This child will be buoyant and
friendly - who is in a way wise beyond his years as he expects little of others and
accepts people around him as they are. Just a dog he will be amazingly allegiant to his
parents, but though he will always patiently listen to what others have to say he will
still maintain his own beliefs. Just try mistreating a dog and it will fight and bite with
all its might. This child too will be vulnerable to bullies in the school. When hurt, the
Dog child can be extremely defiant, but his anger flares and subsides very quickly. This
child will never keep a grudge. At home he will be very rational, do his homework without
much trouble, eat what you have cooked, and even baby-sit his younger siblings. He may be
playful and outgoing like any spry dog, but just like the dog he will never wander off far
away from home. On the negative side, when he is disavowed, the Dog-child may tend to be
rebellious and quarrelsome with strong opinions of his own. As a parent of a Dog-child you
must remember that your child is sensible only if you do not push too many buttons. The
modest Dog can suddenly explode like a volcano.
